Limited Product Warranty

Weiheng Digital warrants to the original purchaser that your Weiheng Digital product will be free from any defects in material and workmanship during the above normal use period. Weiheng Digital does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Weiheng Digital is not responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the instructions related to the use of the product.


If a hardware defect is found, and Weiheng Digital has received a valid claim within the limited warranty period, Weiheng Digital will, to the extent permitted by law, choose at its own option or in one of the following ways:

Any replacement hardware product or part is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or any other period of time that may apply during the warranty period.

How to get warranty service

A warranty service order must be requested from Weiheng Digital within the limited warranty period from the date of receipt of the goods.
